Hawkes Bay DHB provides regional health sevices from their other Health Centres in Napier, Waipukurau, Chatam Islands & Wairoa.

Parking:
Parking is available on site at Hastings hospital and all other Hawkes Bay DHB facilities and is currently provided free of charge

Loading Dock:
The loading dock into the hospital is off Orchard Road around the back of the hospital. The Inwards Goods department is located at 31 Leyland Street, Onekawa, Napier.

The purchasing department is located on the first floor of the Cashmore Building.

New Equipment Policy:
Reps visiting the hospitals should make appointments beforehand.
Medical equipment being introduced into Hawkes Bay DHB must be WAND registered and a Product Data Sheet filled in and submitted to the product evaluation committee. HBDHB also use the PEHNZ form.
Any electrical equipment must tested in accordance with the AS/NZS 3000 standard with proof submitted to the biomedical engineers and be checked before used in clinical areas.
